Brothers In Business

With our guidance, you will select a certain number of apartments and configurations to enroll in the program. This can easily be scaled up or down.

Did you know Compass is owned by two brothers, Chris and Eric Fleming? CF and EF for short. They believe in creating unique and memorable living experiences for their residents, and to do this, they find and hire the best in the business. If that wasn't enough, the two care deeply about giving back to the communities in which they serve, and have created a Compass Cares program to help house patients and their families during medical treatment. As an added bonus, when working with Compass, a portion of profits is donated to the Boston Children's Hospital ROOM TO HEAL fund to support the patient and family center.

There’s no better way to get to know your co-workers than an adrenaline filled weekend right? Our annual Compass retreat is beloved by all, and proves to be a great way to connect with other members of the Compass Crew outside of the office. Aside from all the fun and antics, we also take some time for a company “Fireside Chat” where ownership listens to feedback from employees on various topics. It's always comforting to know that ownership makes extra efforts in order to hear all the opinions of their employees and truly cares about the company culture.
